Corporate Residential Services, Inc., doing business as CRS Mechanical ("CRS," "we," "us"), provides commercial and residential plumbing and HVAC services in the Tulsa area. This policy explains what customer information we collect, how we use it, and the terms for text messages we send.

We collect information you give us when you request or schedule service, sign a contract, or pay an invoice:

• Name, service address, billing address, phone number and email address.
• Details about the work we perform, and the invoices and payments for that work.

This website has no forms and does not collect phone numbers or other personal information. Our web server keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.

• To schedule and perform the work you request.
• To send invoices, payment confirmations and payment reminders.
• To contact you about your job, such as scheduling updates or follow-up questions.
• To keep accounting and tax records required by law.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

If you give us your mobile number when you book service, we may text you about that job, including invoice notices with a link to pay online, payment reminders and scheduling updates. We do not send marketing texts.

• Message frequency varies with your job. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or call us at 918-728-2600.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Online invoice payments are processed by Intuit QuickBooks Payments. Card and bank account details are entered on Intuit's secure payment page and are handled under Intuit's privacy policy. CRS does not receive or store your full card or bank account numbers.

We share customer information only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our accounting, payment processing, email and business texting providers, and only as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information when required by law, or to protect our rights in connection with a contract or unpaid account.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect customer information. We keep job and billing records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, tax and warranty requirements.
