CRS Mechanical (Corporate Residential Services, Inc.) is a family-owned, mid-sized commercial plumbing and HVAC subcontractor based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, established 2007. We self-perform Division 22 and Division 23 packages for general contractors on K-12 education, civic, healthcare, and commercial projects, and operate a standing maintenance & service division.

- Commercial plumbing — CSI Division 22. Underground rough-in through trim-out: domestic water, sanitary and storm, natural gas piping, fixture and equipment setting, water heaters, grease interceptors.
- HVAC & mechanical piping — CSI Division 23. Equipment setting, hydronic piping, boiler systems, rooftop-unit gas and condensate, refrigerant piping, with scope boundaries against sheet-metal and controls packages documented before award.
- Preconstruction & design assist. Conceptual and schematic budgets from partial document sets, value-engineering options, and budget-to-bid tracking through DD and CD sets.
- Maintenance & service. Commercial plumbing and HVAC repair, warranty response, and planned maintenance — including buildings CRS did not build.
- K-12 education — classroom buildings, additions, full-campus renovations phased around school calendars
- Civic & municipal — libraries, animal shelters, public-safety and city facilities
- Healthcare & institutional — clinics and fixture-dense institutional buildouts
- Commercial — ground-up packages and tenant improvements
